I would not recommend seeking care at Women’s Health Innovations of Arizona if you are looking for timely, reliable, or even basic communication. My experience with their administrative process has been beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. After completing their initial form, I was contacted to provide my insurance information, which I promptly submitted. Do not recommend. When assigned my therapist- I expressed concern that I was worried about a lack of communication by the therapist due to avoidance of a question I asked via email. I was told it is “not allowed” to ask the therapist questions prior to starting a session and that the therapist followed company policy, etc. I had never said she didn’t follow policy and I was also okay that she didn’t answer my question.
