A ton of ongoing paperwork (that has to be submitted through their portal), extremely expensive and slow intake process (If I recall correctly, they charge $200 - not covered by insurance - just to get started). It was during a vulnerable time when I was dealing with postpartum and grief, and the administrative burden felt unbearable. I cannot say enough positive things about my therapist and the impact she has had on my life. From the very beginning, she created a space where I felt genuinely heard, supported, and never judged. She balances compassion with practical guidance, helping me work through challenges while also giving me tools I can actually use in my everyday life. I would not recommend seeking care at Women’s Health Innovations of Arizona if you are looking for timely, reliable, or even basic communication. My experience with their administrative process has been beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. After completing their initial form, I was contacted to provide my insurance information, which I promptly submitted.
