Truly the worst clinic .... expect to be on hold for hours on end and absolutely no bedside manner. Nurse Practitioner Rabiah Towfeq was extremely passive aggressive and rude. I spent 2 hours chasing my prescription after the appointment because she didnt want to spend 30 seconds getting the fax information from me directly. A true nightmare

Before the match 2020 alleged crisis WHIH was the place to be. After what took place a few of the service providers including program director exposed their ignorance, and own oppressive behaviors. It was so disgusting how others were treated for not wearing a mask violating human rights codes and indigenous rights . I've never been interested in going back because of it. WHIWH is a primary health care agency n which Caribbean black women fought to have for Black women in the 1990s, this agency has gone to the garbage, I have been going to this place since 2015 and the service it horrendous, which health agency which is funded by th Government gives you a 2 week wait for a doctors appointment and calls you hours before on the day of the medical appointment to cancel your appointment with no apologies, then wait 3 months for another appointment.
