RecommendedDr. Grant has been my ob for the last 10 years, for each of my last 4 pregnancies! I have absolutely enjoyed having her as my ob. The girls in the registration and triage, also the lab tech are all the bomb too! I always feel so loved when going in. ❤❤
My first time going I love everyone on the staff from the doctors to the receptionist. They are always pleasant and make the experience enjoyable. I will definitely recommend them!!
Only chose them because they had such a good rating. I haven’t had an appointment in over two months due to them failing to make me one. When I called she said all she had was an opening in January and I called in November. Staff overall is friendly, you just have to double check behind them so they don’t screw up your routine appointments. 37 weeks and haven’t had some tests done because of this delay. Also called to speak to a nurse about what I should do about some pains I was having and she never called me back.
Eventhough the receptionists were friendly they we're also negligent. Had to reschedule twice due to the intro packet not being sent to my email. Over the the course of this time I misplaced my insurance card but was able to call my case worker and get the number. After waiting over two months I was told I could not be seen because they needed a physical copy even though im 18 weeks and recently had to go to the emergency room for abdominal pain. Probably the worst place you could go to. Don't expect phone calls back or responses via email through the patient portal. I was left with a $300+ bill for labs that had the wrong diagnosis code per my insurance. I contacted them and waited on them to fix their mistake for 6 months and it never happened. I don't see how this place functions with as many incapable people working here. GO ELSEWHERE.
Dr. Grant and her staff are absolutely superb! My recovery from an abdominal hysterectomy was seamless and she addressed every concern promptly! I recommend this office to every woman in the area and you will not be disappointed!!! ���
Dr. Barnes and her entire staff is the absolute best!
