I went to the office to have my annual pap. I seen Katherine Shea, PA. She did not have any bed side manners. For example, instead of taking care of my needs she choose to argue about my previous insurance coverage. I told her my previous insurance paid for annual pap smears and mammograms but she said she did not believe that. My previous coverage was concerned about preventative care.
