My doctor is phenomenal and I absolutely adore her. The front desk staff is phenomenal and go over and beyond to assist. However, the staff that falls in between is horrible. My rx’s get sent to the wrong pharmacy, calls and messages do not get returned and it takes sometimes over a week for my pharmacist or myself to get medication’s, correct. The communication at this office is absolutely unacceptable. It’s a shame there is no longer customer service.
I went to the office to have my annual pap. I seen Katherine Shea, PA. She did not have any bed side manners. For example, instead of taking care of my needs she choose to argue about my previous insurance coverage. I told her my previous insurance paid for annual pap smears and mammograms but she said she did not believe that. My previous coverage was concerned about preventative care. I did not appreciate being called a lier, therefore I did not allow her to examine me and got my money back. I will never be back to this of... read more
