Pre-conception consultation (virtual) went fine with Dr. Xavier Pombar, though he wasn’t very friendly. Fast forward several weeks, I’m trying to get the letter that I was promised going over what we spoke about in our appointment and I can’t reach anyone. The phone lines don’t work at all, all my emails have gone unanswered (though they can still send a bill!), and I can’t seem to reach anyone. If this place is even still open, since I can’t seem to access their office, I would highly recommend going anywhere else.
We asked on three occasions for an itemized bill and the billing team said their software couldn’t generate one. We said we would pay when we knew what we were paying for. Instead they sent our bill to collections.
I was set up on a payment plan and just received notice from a debt collection agency for my bill. 0/10 do not recommend
Outstanding service from the staff. Everyone one was so nice and polite. Went in for an ultrasound for my every first pregnancy and the doctor was very detailed giving me a brief explanation about the ultrasound. I would highly recommend to visit WHC.
