The front desk is here is AWFUL! My first time here I was berated by the receptionist at the front desk. With that attitude lots of people will end up going somewhere else. The doctor ended up being great however. Afterwards though, trying to reschedule follow ups were a nightmare. I called on 4 different occasions and OMG the front desk! One woman just went mute on me after I inquired about an appointment. She seemed annoyed to do her JOB! I guarantee this is the same woman I got every time I called. I love this clinic and being a patient here! These doctors are AMAZING and extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of healthcare! Especially my personal doctor Dr Macomber and her MA Ruth Torres. And I can’t exclude the front desk Michelle personnel who greets me every time with a smile and positive attitude! Also one more, Lauren, the ultrasound technician who takes her time and expertise to making sure everything is how it’s supposed to be! Thanks so much to an amazing group!!
