i was super nervous to head in since i've never really had great experiences with doctors or nurses. the front desk was immediately kind, friendly, and professional. Ladine, if i'm spelling that correctly, was so friendly. chatting with her made the entire process so relaxed - she was amazing!
I have sexual trauma and cry throughout all of my appointments. I went for my 1 year follow up and they said they only have a male doctor and his male student…. I’m very opinionated on men working in women’s hospitals and I have stated this at my past appointments that I will never be okay with a male even just in the room. Terrible service called for weeks to get an appointment and they scheduled me with a doctor who couldn’t even help me or look at what was needed after I made it clear the multiple times I called what I was wanting an appointment for and then had a cancellation for the correct doctor later in the day and told me the appointment would be 30 minutes when I returned for my appointment they then had me waiting in the waiting room for over 45 minutes after my appointment time and then even longer to be seen by the doctor which the... read more
