Whoever answered the phone at 1:58pm today , has NO BUSINESS working a job that deals with sensitive matters such as the ones this clinic does. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Yuen — truly one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. From start to finish, she took the time to explain each step, always asked for consent before proceeding, and presented options I hadn’t even known were available. I felt comfortable, informed, and never rushed. Her care, professionalism, and depth of knowledge in women’s health were exceptional. The only area for improvement would be at the front desk. I saw Dr. Yuen at the Women's Health Clinic, and she was fabulous, as was the reception team. I have been struggling with "women's health issues" for the past six years, and issues have become more difficult over the last two.
