Cannot say enough bad things about Dr. Yu. Been struggling with some of my symptoms for months, and even years. Doctor is in once every two weeks, gets nothing accomplished and you are left with a bad taste in your mouth. Mark this down as my third Gynecologist I'll be reporting to the college of Physicians for malpractice on Monday. Would rate 0 if I could.
Whoever answered the phone at 1:58pm today , has NO BUSINESS working a job that deals with sensitive matters such as the ones this clinic does. Could not leave a message as it kept bringing me back to the main menu after saying to leave your name and number & the clinic will contact you the next business day. I hit 1 again a couple times thinking it glitched out but nope. No general mailbox. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Yuen — truly one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. From start to finish, she took the time to explain each step, always asked for consent before proceeding, and presented options I hadn’t even known were available. I felt comfortable, informed, and never rushed. Her care, professionalism, and depth of knowledge in women’s health were exceptional. The only area for improvement would be at the front desk.
