As an international student needing gynecological care in another country, this place was a lifesaver. The receptionists were very kind to me and also inclusive to me as a transgender patient. My first doctor I saw was very polite and helped make sure I’d see a specialist there that would accept my student insurance. the specialist and assistant who I saw later were incredibly good at their jobs and performed a minor procedure for free that would’ve cost me a few hundred at home. they also provided pain meds for recovery imm... read more
I was really nervous to come to the teen walk in clinic, as I've had some bad experiences with my old doctor in the past but I was overjoyed with the amount of professionalism and care that I received during my appointment. The front desk staff were incredibly kind, and one lady even sat with me during my appointment because I was there alone. The doctor was so patient and so kind, I'm so grateful.
What's the point of having a phone if your not going to answer it, I'm so frustrated with them, I did an intake appointment so easily but now trying to book an appointment they are giving me the run around, for over 2 weeks now I have been trying to make an appointment and for over 2 weeks I only recieved 2 call backs when I left around 10. And now when I try to leave a voicemail I'm no longer allowed? What's the point of this business if your not going to help or let alone answer your phone. i was super nervous to head in since i've never really had great experiences with doctors or nurses. the front desk was immediately kind, friendly, and professional. Ladine, if i'm spelling that correctly, was so friendly. chatting with her made the entire process so relaxed - she was amazing!
