You guys are so bad about not answering the phone. I mean, how am I supposed to find a doctor if you can't answer the phone?
My recent experience at the Women’s Healthcare Center of Baytown was unacceptable. I booked my annual wellness visit and planned to address my fibroid-related concerns during the same appointment. The receptionist, Kristal (I’m unsure of the correct pronunciation), informed me I would have to schedule — and pay for — a separate visit to discuss my fibroids. Lack of communication from clinic. Didn’t follow through on calling Rx to pharmacy. Never saw the MD.
