My recent experience at the Women’s Healthcare Center of Baytown was unacceptable. I booked my annual wellness visit and planned to address my fibroid-related concerns during the same appointment. The receptionist, Kristal (I’m unsure of the correct pronunciation), informed me I would have to schedule — and pay for — a separate visit to discuss my fibroids. Lack of communication from clinic. Didn’t follow through on calling Rx to pharmacy. Never saw the MD.
Finally transferring OBs after years of dealing with rude front desk people. Told myself that it was the Drs that mattered mostly and they do, but you’re mainly dealing with their office staff and they are horrible. After maybe a decade of being seen here I’m finally going elsewhere.
