Had Dr Hughes, she’s very friendly and professional. She called me out on my poor diet being the cause of my period acting up. None of my doctors have shown concern for my weight or my diet before so that was definitely an eye opener to eat more carbs lol and I do appreciate it, I’m seeing a lot of negative reviews about the receptionists but I didn’t notice or experience anything negative with them, they seem nice and honestly pretty professional from what I engaged with.

I was supposedly “contacted” by Bianca to reschedule my appointment, but I received no voicemail, no email, no text, and no patient portal message. Absolutely nothing. There was no real effort made to reach me before or even the day of my appointment and my voicemail box is not “full.” What I really don’t understand is how you can still see a patient sitting on the schedule that entire day, know they haven’t actually been reached about needing to reschedule, and still not think to pick up the phone or send a portal message. ... read more

My recent experience at the Women’s Healthcare Center of Baytown was unacceptable. I booked my annual wellness visit and planned to address my fibroid-related concerns during the same appointment. The receptionist, Kristal (I’m unsure of the correct pronunciation), informed me I would have to schedule — and pay for — a separate visit to discuss my fibroids.
