Incredibly negative experience. This lab does not exist anymore and the website is out of date. I scheduled my week around dropping a sample off at this lab that has. 24 hour expiry date. Upon arrival, there was a sign taped to the door stating the lab is no longer open. I couldn’t get my parking validated since the lab wasn’t open. I now will have my sample expiring and have to recollect it because this office can’t be bothered to update their hours and location.
Wanted to note that this lab is currently open until the end of 2022. Then it is moving to 426 Michigan street. M-Th Hours are 8:30-5:00, Fridays are 8:30-3. Their website and phone message both have incorrect info.
Always friendly and professional. I drove out of my way to come here instead of south pavilion labs because I knew my experience would be much better, especially when sitting for hours for some lab work I needed done. I hate getting poked but these guys made it easy to leave with a smile on my face.
Really wanted to love this place! The doctors there prescribed me the same exact medication 3 different times, after telling them each time it wasn't working. With 40 copays, I'm not a doctor, but seems to be a little of "not giving a fu@%" going on. Also the first time I went there the front desk said I was in the wrong place and that I didn't have an appointment, that they ended up charging me for a "no show" the next time. A whole lot of not giving a dam. If you have money to blow and time to waste, this is your place:)
I have had to get blood drawn about 10 times in the past 3 weeks for an unfortunate situation and the staff here has definitely made an unejoyable experience not so bad. The front office lady and both phlebotomists I've had had been terrific. All incredibly friendly, very gentle with the blood draw and if you go in the morning then you are in and out extremely timely.
