Dr Eagan, Cheryl and the WHOLE crew are SO amazing. I’ve had 3 surgeries recently and they all treat me like they have known me forever!!!
I have been coming here since January for my pregnancy. Each staff member I speak with is so friendly and comforting! They have all been more than accommodating for myself and family. I was currently diagnosed with pre-eclampsia and I have felt like they have made this all much easier and the least stressful for me as they can. Dr. Eagan is great and a pleasure to see each visit for my whole family. I truly feel cared for and taken care of by the staff here each time I go in.
My wife Debbie had an auto pay of $122 per month to pay for her outstanding bill of $800+. She took money from her retirement and paid it off. They STILL withdrew money from the auto pay, which we needed to make our car payment. When asked about the mistake, they informed us that that they only do refunds ONCE A MONTH! Your billing department sucks...like REALLY sucks. No effort, no return calls, no apology.
I have been coming to this facility for .... idk before it was women's health center 20 yr. The doctors, nurses, staff are 100 % professional and so welcoming. Doctors that care and know what they are doing. The best. Would never think of changing.
Could not be happier with the service provided by WHC. Appreciate the friendly and professional care provided by Dr Medley!
I love coming here. The entire staff is so caring and kind. My doctor has great bedside manner and truly cares.
