Omgggg all women need to see a pelvic floor therapist at least once in your life. Danielle was so informative when ot came to educating me about how much our pelvic floor plays a major role in out everyday life. I had back pain out of no where. Danielle showed me these pelvic floor exercises and BOOM my pain was gone. I can't wait until me next appointment. I was told that she was the best. And I wasn't disappointed.
I have been coming here for an auto injury for the last 5 months - All of the therapists here are absolutely amazing !! A big shout out to Mimi !! 🫶
