I 💯 agree with a previous comment made by Lacy. Ms Borove has a terrible “bedside manner”. She showed little concern for my concerns, and was in and out quickly. Also, I was charged for stopping in the office and asking for test results because I was never called on the phone. They said, “oh, we’ll put you in the system, the test JUST came in.” Sure it did. Not only that, they put on my bill that I had a clinical depression screening, which isn’t true at all. I was told it was for insurance purposes. Well, I called my insur... read more
Dr. Christine Phillips is the nicest, kindest, prompt and educated doctor I’ve ever had! I recommend her above any guno I’ve had. Especially if you need specialty care…thank you Dr. Phillips
I would only go here if you want to be made fun of and treated unprofessionally. Amy Borove did not take my concerns seriously, got defensive when I asked for more information, and gave me a two minute appointment before walking out. Additionally, she uploaded another patient’s documents to my chart online which breaks HIPAA. Unprofessional all around. Other gyno’s take months to get in and this one takes weeks: it is no wonder why.
