They say to send requests for prescriptions over the phone via MyChart but then they will deny it, give you any wishy washy excuse without sending any message in MyChart, for medications that they have been filling for over a year. They give you zero warning as to when they will apparently not be filling an SSRI that you take daily for PPD and PTSD, they will wait until you run out of said medications just to tell you to go see another doctor because they're too lazy to send a refill to a pharmacy.
