Just called to figure out why my appt was cancelled and when she hung the phone up she uh huh and click. To think you have to go to school they much teach professional workers how to be unprofessional. I could do the job. Wife had a procedure in January. They demanded prepayment of $2600ish before procedure would be done. Objected to it, but they wouldnt budge so we paid. They didnt get their bills in to the insurance first so by the time their bills got in to the insurance wife's insurance has covered 90% of the bill and the statement they sent us (3/20/24) shows a balance of -2000ish. It was MY surgery. And all the nurse and doctors pretended like I wasn't even there. In pre op they would only talk to my boyfriend. Wouldn't even look at me. And they don't give you a handout with instructions. They call a week before and expect you to remember it or write it down really really fast. You have to fill out a lengthy questionnaire but no packet with instructions. They just expect everyone to remember and if you don't they make you feel like an idiot.
Dr. Reisinger is the best obgyn!
