Incompetent as hell. It's always a headache to deal with them. Sometimes it's outright traumatic.
Systemically robs patients of their right to informed consent. "You'll feel some discomfort" is code for "This procedure is incredibly painful, we plan to do next to nothing to mitigate the pain, and you won't realize this until it's too late."
I gave birth to my son in 2018. They left placenta inside me for over 3 months even though I kept telling them there was something wrong. I had undiagnosed pre-eclampsia and ended up having seizures due to extremely high blood pressure. When they did the emergency surgery they found multiple different types of cysts but didn't even bother to tell me.i had to find out on patient portal. Will never see them for anything ever.
