I am disappointed with my recent experience with Axia Health Services. After services were rendered, additional charges were added to my account without clear explanation. I promptly set up a payment plan as instructed, only to later discover that the account had been transferred to a collections agency—despite having made arrangements and initiated payments. This process lacks transparency and undermines patients who are making a good-faith effort to pay their balances. I hope Axia reconsiders its billing practices and comm... read more

The care was fine but the billing was wrong and after multiple times trying to get it corrected, I gave up and paid the bill. I went in for a simple annual exam and got billed for all kinds of things that never happened. The billing department was extremely rude and claimed that because I asked a question, my visit no longer would be categorized as an annual exam. The office was filthy. I was in phoenixville location. I was told that I needed a service that may or may or be covered. She said “ I’d have to fight my insurance if they deny it. “ Even after I told her I couldn’t afford to pay out of pocket. When I asked about my previous exam’s results, to have some clarity on this procedure she said “ I needed”, she simple said very exasperated “I don’t have your file in front of me !” I thought why would she not have my file with her to fact check my previous exams. I had questions in r... read more

I was sent to collections over a bill I never received. I apparently had an Axia provider during a hospital service and they had an old address on file. No attempt was made to reach me by phone or email, just sent bills to an old address that I haven't lived at in years.
