Don't sign the ABN form! (Notice of Non-coverage) My routine exams have always been covered by Medicare. Now I'm being charged $150. Axia W H is submitting routine claims that are NOT covered by Medicare. They have other ways to resubmit the claim and Medicare will cover it. Numerous phone calls and Axia W H refuses to resubmit.

I was not happy with how they handled when I found out that I was experiencing and a missed miscarriage. The ultrasound tech just randomly stood up and told me there was no heartbeat and then the doctor just came in and confirmed for not even 1 minute then said something a d&c and just walked out of the room. I am disappointed with my recent experience with Axia Health Services. After services were rendered, additional charges were added to my account without clear explanation. I promptly set up a payment plan as instructed, only to later discover that the account had been transferred to a collections agency—despite having made arrangements and initiated payments.
