Office staff does not know their own policies. Ask about anything you sign as they don’t present you with forms just an electronic pad to sign. They are just after your money not your health. Best bet to get medical help elsewhere as the doctors don’t really care unless you’re on the verge of death, because death means no money flow. Needs to be a new obgyn in this town.
Dr. O’Leary did my annual checkup, and it was an outstanding experience. I recently switched from an out‑of‑town OB/GYN, and everything from check‑in to check‑out was seamless. Dr. O’Leary was incredibly thorough, addressed concerns that had been overlooked elsewhere, and shared information that was truly helpful. I’m so grateful to have found this clinic and can’t recommend them highly enough.
Scheduling might as well be random since you constantly have to reschedule and cancel and get moved around.All sorts of different doctors that you don't usually see. Also, they're billing system is horrible to work with.And they do not have compassion in that area. Apparently they are very quick to sue.
My experiences in the office itself have been just fine. I've been passed around to all the different doctors instead of having just one, which has been a little annoying but I think may be resolved now. My main issue is with their online portal--there's a function to send messages there to the nurses or to the billing team and after trying to use that for months to get some answers, I've come to the conclusion that no one looks at the messages.
