While the experience there was decent, I have had ridiculous challenges trying to get my records transferred over to my new health care provider. Numerous phone calls by myself and my new provider have resulted in the run-around for no apparent reason. After multiple requests to send the same requisition by fax and repeated stone-walling for ONE piece of information, I was finally told the information was sent by fax, which it was not.
