The lack of empathy, the lack of humanity, the lack of genuine concer of the patient was the worst, i felt like there was no interest in making me feel cared. They asked me so many questions and at the end no recommendation to do my annual exams after saying it's being 4 years I don't go to a gynecologist. Extremely unprofessional staff, Long, wait time to not even receive the help that you came in looking for. They will blindly charge you for the help you DO NOT receive. Nothing was accomplished in my visit except for a $335 bill. Also the billing department is unreachable via the phone number that they give you! Thanks for NOTHING Dr. Olga Dorlon and WHAOSN 😁
There’s been a lot that went wrong going here but the worst is when today when they gave us the wrong due date for my child, I was prepared to give birth NEXT WEEK as all the doctors have been telling me my due date was next week. However today they told me it was actually NEXT MONTH, when I asked about the doctor that told me the original due date they DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHO SHE WAS.
