I have been a client of Women’s Health Associates for ten to fifteen years. Never have I had such a horrible experience with scheduling and a ‘I don’t care’ attitude from the office staff. It used to be very professional, but now they are riding on past years of truly caring for their patients. Now their patients are just a number. Don’t get me wrong, the providers, nurses, and technicians are top notch. BUT, I had three reschedules of my appointment (not at my request) and the receptionist was so deadpan and unhelpful both ... read more
