Absolutely terrible phone tree, unable to get in touch with a real person. Terrible customer service. Terrible staff. Never go here ever. This place is absolute garbage

Terrible billing department. I had an annual checkup a year ago, the office visit was processed by my insurance without any problem, but the Pap smear claim was never submitted correctly. When I contacted my insurance, they told me the paperwork from the provider was filed incorrectly. I’ve tried multiple times to resolve this with the billing office. I am not the first by a long shot, but their billing department is a dumpster fire. The worst Ive encountered. They have time to threaten to send my wife to collections, but not to speak with us about billing. Run far away from this practice.

I've been going to this practice for 5 years so it is difficult to write them a negative review because I like some of the doctors and nurses. But it is important that they do something about their blood draw department. They have lost my blood results multiple times. I am unable to move forward or have peace of mind, because I keep having to take time off work to do repeat blood draws that they lose.
