Receptionist & some male refused my payment for an outstanding balance of $16.82 and denied me access to myappointment. They would not allow me to speak to billing right there. They stated the billing dept wouldn't take my payment & I MUST pay the collection agency. I could come back after I paid the collection agency. They didn't provide me the phone number for collection agency. I informed them that I should be able to pay the billing department & they can call back the debt from the collection agency. I came due to liking a particular doctor in the office. However, I was given medication that made my condition tremendously worse. In fact, I bled heavily for months due to the meds they put me on. And they told me that I probably had uterine cancer and did a biopsy on me. Complete medical neglect to be honest. They had no idea what they were doing. Many of the staff members are kind and everyone is well-qualified. I will say the experience was a little cold, often feeling rushed. I went for about half a year for ovulation induction.
