I have been a patient for over 18 years and I have NEVER had any issues. Yes, I’ve personally had concerns and other questions, but he and his office staff, have always answered them, referred me to other specialists when needed, and always took the time to accommodate these issues. He has a great bed side manner and a gentle spirit. I never felt that I was just another patient , as he always asked how I was feeling as a person. Loved Dr. Martin, and the staff. This was my first time here and they treated me with nothing but kindness and respect. They were very patient and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them any woman.

Dr. Martin was friendly, and staff did a good job. Unfortunately, the two missing stars is for the charges incurred afterwards. I got a pap smear and a STI panel test. A month later a bill comes in from the lab (Arbor Medical & Pathology) and I am looking at a $2,670 bill. I'm assuming my complaint is common because the lady at the front desk knew exactly what I was complaining about when I called. It sucks because I would have probably made this clinic my primary, but it is just not affordable, even with insurance. Unfortun... read more
