I have been a client for 15 years, but I missed an appointment and was charged $50. The messages they sent were confusing. I was also getting reminders from the nearby Mammogram facility as well. The Mammogram place works jointly with Atrium. After being a loyal client, I would think they'd forgo the fee. I've never missed an appointment. By far the best and most caring Doctors I have ever had. Dr B delivered my 3rd and he was amazing . Wonderful bedside manner and checked up on me often.
I am absolutely overwhelmed with the amazing level of care I have received from Atrium, and specifically Dr. Breazeale since becoming a patient there. Unfortunately, I recently had a miscarriage. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Breazeale always explained in detail all of my options, spent so much so time with me at every visit, and really listened to my concerns and offered the most personalized care for me. I went there and they took from me $700 as a deposit at my first visit. However, after I completed all appointment with them, they never refund my deposit back. when I went there to talk with them about that situation, the staff did not explain well why it is. Even my other friends went there and they did refund her deposit.
They refused to schedule an apt for me today over a $25 balance that I did not owe. I have been a patient with Atrium for years and always paid on time. After my baby was born, they even sent me a refund check for overpayment. The secretary was extremely rude to me just now. I will not be going back to here if that is the level of customer service I am going to receive.
As a patient for nearly two years you'd think I would receive better service. I wait at LEAST 20min past my scheduled appointment EVERY TIME! And all I need is to get a shot!!!!!! REALLY?!?! The nurse Renee is very rude. I overheard her talking about me to another nurse. (real professional) She also took the instructions to my shot, OUT OF THE TRASH and put them back in the box!!!! I had the BEST experience with Atrium during my first pregnancy and birth of my baby girl! Due to the way my girl was positioned, I needed an unexpected c section and Dr. Beatty stayed at the hospital for a few hours past her shift to do the surgery and deliver my baby girl. I can't tell you how much that meant to me and my husband to have her see us through 'til the end. We will be forever grateful.
