Good Doctors, Terrible Front Staff – The front staff in this office are rude and do not care about the patients. The way they handle disputes is to make the patient feel like it is their fault and their responsibility, no matter what. I left a credit card number for them, which they told me they would hold on to so they could automatically charge it at the end of each month when I needed to make a payment.
