"I had a great experience at Dr. Ellsworth’s office. I was able to get a quick appointment, and once there, the doctor took the time to listen carefully to all my concerns. I never felt rushed; he explained every step of the process thoroughly. To top it off, the staff was incredibly friendly and inviting. Highly recommend!"
I just absolutely cannot with the lack of communication. We get appointments once a month for pregnancy. Naturally questions or issues might arise between those. I've put in 4 messages and it's been 2 weeks of NO reply. What's the point of being able to message a provider when they leave you on read for days when you're in pain? Thanks.
