I went in to be seen as I was having some issues. I had originally made my appointment for my regular & amazing OBGYN Dr. Simpson-Jones. Sadly, she wasn't able to be in office- so they placed me with Dr. Archana Signh. Dr. Signh walked in with a bad attitude acting as if she didn't want to see me or have anything to do with me. The doctors are fine but the desk staff and the receptionists of this place is absolutely ridiculous they say the office opens at 8:00, but I'm sitting in my happy butt outside the office from 8:30 and the door was locked I'm not several times and got no answer. I finally had to call the answering service and get them to push me through to the office so I can find out where my damn appointment is because nobody told me when I made the appointment. They just made the appointment for whatever office...

Janeen at the front desk is always so nice and polite, she brings a smile to my face as soon as I come in which helps make the whole visit pleasant. Everyone at the Locust Grove location is pleasant and is making my pregnancy appointments awesome!
