Great doctors but the worst staff at reception. I’m going to file an official complaint - Angelica at reception was so actively rude and hostile to my husband especially and both of us more generally. I would’ve ignored this had it been a one-off. But every time we have extremely unpleasant reception encounters. Apart from being rude they are so incompetent - from scheduling mess-ups to just not being able to handle even the most routine scheduling challenges
Doctors really care about you and getting you the best care. The patient service team is lovely.
