If there was a way to give no stars, I would! Specifically for the Billing Department; I called to schedule an appointment and was told I had a balance of over $400 from my first delivery over a year and a half ago. I never once received a bill, or any type of phone call from them regarding this balance. After doing some research, I discovered my insurance was NEVER billed!!
