Love the classes that are offered....always love the Tuesday 5pm class with Marge and the Thursday 5:30pm class with Lori....this place is not just a circuit....so much variety to make your workout challenging
The only exercise club geared toward women, young and old, where I have actually produced results. Great atmosphere.
Great place to work out and meet new friends. Long time member.
