Absolutely Delighted!! Dr. Lawrence is wonderful. I will recommend everyone and anyone I know to see him. Very kind, honest, to the point, and always makes himself available to you. It has been awhile since I have had a child. There were many things happening with my body that I forgot would happen. I never felt embarrassed to ask or tell him anything. The staff is always kind and the offices are always clean. I can't imagine how on earth you could have a bad experience at W&FHS.
Dr. Cole and Dr. Flavia I recently moved from CA in my 6th mo of pregnancy. I've had to switch Drs and Insurance for myself and my 16mo old. I've had a wonderful experience at this clinic. I've seen Dr. Cole and Dr. Lawrence and they are both very nice and professional. I find all the staff to be this way! I highly recommend Women's and Family Health.
DONT BE FOOLED !!!!!! DONT LET THE BEAUTY OF THIS CLINIC FOOL YOU...THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFFESSIONAL RUDE, INCOMPENTANT DOCTORS OFFICE I HAVE EVER VISITED. I WAITED WEEKS TO GET IN AND WHEN I ARRIVED THEY NEVER CALLED MY NAME , I SAT FOR OVER AN HOUR AFTER MY APPOINTMENT AND NO ONE CAME TO TELL ME WHY I HAD NOT YET BEEN SEEN AND WHEN I WENT TO INQUIRE THE RECEPTIONIST WERE RUDE AND SEEMED CONFUSED. i WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEN IT TO ANYONE.
Dr Fassler- thorough & professional Dr Fassler is thorough and professional, takes time and cares deeply about his patients. I drove 2+ hours to see him, was so glad I chose him for my surgeon. He is trustworthy, kind, gentle and perhaps best of all a fabulous surgeon and advisor. Not sure how he is for pregnancies but I was desperately in need of help with uterine fibroid tumors and he is the best. I highly recommend him.
Dr Fassler My yearly exam and visit was okay. But my problem was with Dr. Fassler billing my annual exam as a medical condition not wellness care. He ran tests I never agreed to and it cost my almost $200 dollars because of his mis-billing. When I asked him to re-bill using appropriate codes he refused! Watch out!
Dorcas Mclennen I am pregnant for the first time and right away her forceful attitude and domineer rubbed me the wrong way. I have heard great things about all the other Dr's in this office but would not recommend her as a Dr. for someone who is against flu shots or any other type of optional treatment.
Dr. Eric Fassler He put me at ease immediately, and explained my options, and generally made me feel very safe with him. He is an excellent doctor, diagnostician and surgeon and I recommend him without reservation.
Drs. Brown and Jordan In a nutshell, all of the physicians at WFHS are very helpful and thorough. I was recimmended by a friend to see Dr. Brown whom had delivered her 2 youngest girls. A little drive to see him from Federal Way..But well worth the time. He had delivered my 1 r old, and is now ready to deliver my second. I would never want to see another OBGYN after seeing him. Dr. Eric Fassler I am a healthcare provider and chose Dr Fassler to do an endometrial ablation. I found him to be empathetic, caring, and respectful. He explained all of my treatment options thoroughly and I felt confident in his interpersonal and technical skillls. I highly recommend Dr Fassler.
