My mom had a biopsy taken without consent. I can't believe she returned after this, but she said it was with a different doctor. A few years later, she waited for months to get in and then had to call a ride share service to get there and they wouldn't see her because the ID card she had on file was expired. Who does this? Agree with others. They cannot/ will not answer the phone. normal business hours they do not have staff to help. They will not answer the phone. No matter when, they won't answer. Are they even still in business? Find another doctors office, they do not care.
I was seen by Jen Daley at the west Bloomfield office and I absolutely loved my experience! I transferred from my OB office to women’s excellence west Bloomfield at 28weeks and the care I received at WE far surpassed my previous experience at my other OB office. Every visit I was so comfortable and she was always open to answer my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and confident! I would most definitely spend another pregnancy with them:)
I did not have a good experience with Women's Excellence and I want to share my story to warn other women. Dr. Asbahi performed an emergency c-section on me, and thankfully everything was perfect with my baby, but when closing me up he stitched my intestine to my uterus. This was not discovered until after days of pain, suffering, throwing up, and having an improperly placed NG tube when a general surgeon recommended exploratory surgery and identified and fixed Dr. Asbahi's error. These people can't even answer a phone. And if they do answer, they'll put you on hold for 23 minutes and then disconnect the call.
