AWFUL Do not expect a call back. Expect your time to be wasted, and they do not answer their phone or work with you to get your appointment scheduled.
Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The tech made our ultrasound very hopeful and fun. I loved how the staff made us and our baby feel important there
I was not in love with this place but they did see me within 15 minutes of my appointment time (I gave the extra star for this timeliness as that matters to me). The sonographer was having some issues with the computer and had to input my information roughly 3 times and then at the end of the appointment had to call in someone else to help (this really wasn't a big deal...but okay, slightly annoying). The 2 stars is for "bedside manner" as it was…meh. The sonographer was not very talkative, didn't explain much, not much of... read more
