When i have visits on this office i waited too long and office so crowded
I’ve been coming here for almost 6 years; through 3 IUD’s and 2 pregnancies I’ve always had good care! Everyone had treated me with respect and I was always able to speak with my doctor over the phone in a timely manner.
Horrible place to go!! Stay away from here!! Attitudes with the receptionists etc…..
Posting on behalf of my younger sister. She had her first experience here today and walked out completely baffled. She shared the experience details with me and I myself feel that I would never want to set foot into this office. Not even if they were the only ones left on earth. My sister felt that her concerns were dismissed and the staff, starting with the M.A/nurse whatever she is and leading up to the visit with the N.P, Sherin Philips, were condescending. Made a new appointment and literally waited an hour to be told they couldn’t see me because I hadn’t signed a medical release at my previous provider and they wouldn’t see me without medical records. Doctor who saw me wouldn’t even come in the room and typed on a computer without looking at me once. She acted like my medical issue was a total inconvenience and interrupted me 3 times.
