Truly awful customer service. I was a patient here for years but the customer service became too horrible to bear. It was rare for someone to answer the phone when I called, and when they did they always had an attitude. I had to schedule an IUD removal 7 months out, which is ridiculous in and of itself, and then they cancelled my appointment the week before and had nothing available for the next 3 months. Dr Webb and staff are professional and caring. I have been a patient of Dr. Webb’s since returning to Connecticut in 2010. I have always had an excellent experience. Dr Webb truly cares about her patients needs.
Office staff are great, and they are always as responsive and flexible as possible regarding questions or appointments. Having multiple office locations in relatively close proximity is a big plus too. I do feel like the level of care is just adequate though. I have never felt like I’ve been treated like an individual patient, or that my individual medical history is really ever discussed or supported - just feels very one size fits all care with no deviation from standard or baseline care requirements. Michele Labas is the best I have obgyn ever seen! This is the first time I felt not rushed and heard. She asked many questions, gave great suggestions, and her bedside manner was topnotch as well! No one looks forward to a papsmear, but it was as painless and quick as it could be. I love Michele!
