My IUD insertion experience was as comfortable as it could possibly be. I was really nervous and the staff were amazing and so compassionate. I called several times to ask a million questions and they were so patient and helpful. I am very grateful for these wonderful folks!

I recently contacted customer service department and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The representative I spoke to was very rude and unprofessional. From the start, she had a dismissive tone and seemed unwilling to assist me with my issue. Throughout the call, she interrupted me multiple times and did not listen to my concerns.
