I had an appointment with a nurse for Feb 9 and it was confirmed over the phone. When I went there, they said it was for March 9 and that they have no other time slots for the day. Then I made another appointment that day for March 2nd. Someone called me today saying they’ll have to reschedule my appointment due to someone not being available so I reluctantly cancelled since I don’t know my work schedule that far in advance for the date she suggested. What's with the bad reviews? Everything went smoothly and the women were very friendly! From checking in to the nurse that did my pap test for me. I felt comfortable and safe here. Thank you!
I don't get why the reviews are so bad for this particular clinic. The wait times do tend to get a bit tedious, but the care I've received has been consistently good and attentive across multiple visits, complications and things.
Knowledgeable, helpful, free services! Hard to book an appointment by the phone but worths the wait. Also easier to book the appointments in person.
