Extremely disappointing experience. The overall visit took over three hours, with more than two hours spent waiting, and about an hour and a half passed before anyone finally told us that we could not be seen unless we paid at least $1,250 upfront for a plan. This information should have been disclosed immediately, not after such a long wait. The lack of transparency and complete disregard for patients’ time is unacceptable. My gyno retired so my gen dr referred me here. My first appointment was horrible. I waited 4 hours to see the doc and get a test (that took 15mins). When I voiced my concern regarding the wait to the doctor, all he said was, “well I’ve been working since 5am.” That is NOT my problem. If the doctor cannot keep/honor his appointment times then his staff should reach out to the patients and check if they are willing to wait or if they’d like to reschedule.
