My gyno retired so my gen dr referred me here. My first appointment was horrible. I waited 4 hours to see the doc and get a test (that took 15mins). When I voiced my concern regarding the wait to the doctor, all he said was, “well I’ve been working since 5am.” That is NOT my problem. If the doctor cannot keep/honor his appointment times then his staff should reach out to the patients and check if they are willing to wait or if they’d like to reschedule. Absolute trash. Don’t waste your time.
I’ve been here for both of my pregnancy’s and I’ve never had any issues with staff or dr otero I’ve loved my experiences with both pregnancy’s it is always best to schedule morning appts because afternoons are more busy but great experience overall
I work at a clinic myself so I understand things may be overwhelming but I have never had such a bad experience with the receptionists. They truly don’t want to be there and it shows.
