I highly recommend this OBGYN medical team! Dr. Sandra Rodriguez is who primarily cared for me, this being my first pregnancy experience. She is awesome, caring, kind, and patient with any questions or concerns my husband and I related to her throughout the course of my pregnancy. Highly recommend going to women’s clinic of South Texas, especially the one in Edinburg. I’m on my third pregnancy and have been seen by Dr. Chisholm for all three pregnancies. All the staff at this clinic are also so nice and helpful. Even when my doctor isn’t available, there is always another qualified doctor or midwife to see me.
I arrived at 9:00 AM for my appointment with Dr. Chisholm, having fasted in preparation for possible lab work. After waiting an hour, I asked if my labs could be done while I waited. The staff told me they needed the doctor to approve labs and that he typically does not arrive until 10:30 or 11:30 AM due to hospital deliveries. While I understand that doctors have hospital responsibilities, I questioned why I was scheduled so early if he would not be available until much later.
