If you're paying out of pocket, save your money and go somewhere else. If you're using insurance, you deserve much better care than what this clinic provides. My experience with the staff was extremely disappointing. The receptionists were consistently rude. They wouldn't even say "okay," "thank you," or "have a nice day" before straight up hanging up the phone. Longest wait time EVEEERRRRRR! Dr's seem to have no urgency to see patients. I don't understand why you even book patients if you're "on call" for delivery, then have your patients wait over an hour until you're ready to resume! If you're on call, you should ask another Dr or NP to be your back up. It's ridiculous to make people wait that long for a 5-10 minute appointment. Unnecessarily called for! Dr. Madison Mobley is amazing! I usually see Georgia Gunter NP, but needed a physician to do my biopsy. Both providers are warm faces and thorough with every visit! I always leave feeling great about my OBGYN care team!
Not the place to go if you're older and just need HRT. It seems they only focus on the OB side that makes them lots of money. Since Dr. Riggs retired, I have not had a good experience. Instead I've had long waits, poor response, and today I got "Oops, I missed that you were waiting." I think I'm done with this practice.
