I have nothing negative to say about the doctor I see - she was attentive and very willing to listen. The actual nursing and front desk staff are much less kind and can be taken as rude. There isn't any urgency if you're not pregnant, and I waited over an hour and fifteen minutes with no answer to what was taking so long, despite expecting women being called left and right. I'm willing to be patient, but there's no actual sense of wanting to help patients, and I rescheduled without seeing the doctor. I'm frustrated because I... read more
The care from this team is exceptional. Extremely thorough, thoughtful and compassionate care for women’s health. Dr. Shipman is fantastic! I highly recommend.
Dr. Taylor was great but the clinic as a whole is so incredibly disorganized. I only ended up with Dr. Taylor because no one told me my doctor was leaving for another clinic until I showed up for an appt with her and she wasn’t there. The phone trees often hang up on patients. In the past three years most appointments have been delayed. They rescheduled my latest appointment last minute to a doctor that’s not mine, still ran an hour behind, and then said I had to come back for bloodwork bc the lab didn’t have the orders the ... read more
I wouldn't recommend. I tried setting up an appointment with a physician that is accepting new patients. Their receptionist told me the doctor wouldn't have anything available until March. I ask for what's available in March just to be told she isn't able to schedule anything that far out. What a joke!
0 stars. Ive been a long time patient here. But this new girl( Shina )they have really has me thinking about leaving. Shes rude, always on her phone, I can hear her talking thru the doorway (rarely ever an appropriate conversation) I've heard her talking about other patients. Im not sure what her deal is. But I've NEVER had any issues with the other girls there. Staying anonymous because I dont want to deal with anymore hostility from her. I want my old girl back
