Love my doctor and nurse here. But waiting an hour to be seen is outrageous and watching everyone who checked in after you getting called back first is really disappointing and frustrating. The front desk employees are rude and not at all professional. They don't care about women's health unless you are pregnant. Might be time to look for treatment elsewhere

I called to make an appointment for my teenage daughter on her pediatricians recommendation. The person at the scheduling desk demanded to know what the appointment was for beyond well woman Then was extremely rude that I have a separate policy from my employer, benefits through the insurance exchange. Needless to say, I’m not taking a young woman to her first Visit to be treated like this.

The entire staff is welcoming and professional. It was a new-to-me practice as we had recently moved to the area. Newly pregnant and seeing an OB different than the one I’d been seeing for almost two decades felt very vulnerable and upsetting, but Dr. Grounds came highly recommended and she instantly put my worries to rest. I would highly recommend seeking treatment elsewhere. This clinic has forgotten that patients are customers and being rude is unacceptable. Went for an appointment yesterday with a nurse practitioner. I could hear her go into each room beside me while I waited. I then heard her make a phone call, on speaker (not about a patient but sounded like computer problems). He tenido todas mis citas prenatales aquí, y desde la primera cita siempre he esperado por media hora o 45 minutos para que la Dra me atienda aparte del tiempo que espero para que llamen mi nombre. Pero hoy fue exagerado estuve esperando en el cuarto por una hora y media y la Dra nunca llegó, tuve que salir de ese cuarto muy enojada y sin ganas de regresar estoy en mis últimas semanas de embarazo y me hubiera gustado recibir la atencion pero con este tiempo de espera, imposible, tenía otra cita que atender.
