Front desk has hung up on my every time I've called. Ridiculous.
We had our 1st appointment with Dr. Johnson in pediatrics and he is stellar. He made our toddler comfortable through song and dance and talking before he did the exam. By the end she was dancing too. What a difference a great pediatrician makes!
I have never walked out of a doctor appointment prior to today. I understand the medical industry so I get that things happen that lead doctors to not being able to see patients on time. I can also tell when medical offices double and triple book first morning appointments to account for potential cancelations. I had stopped going to JCMG for primary care due to the overcharges and hoops you have to jump through to get overpayments paid back to you but I was referred so I thought I would give them another shot 3 years later ... read more
No response after leaving 4 phone messages and physically going to the clinic to schedule an appointment. 5 days still NO response
Took forever to get treatment, left me naked in a gown much to small for me on the table for thirty minutes, kept mixing up me with another patient. Completely humiliating! Never going back at jcmg again.
