The doctor and office manager are kind. HOWEVER, I will never be a patient at this office ever again solely due to the irresponsible, unprofessional, unorganized front desk ladies. The younger one and the older one in the glasses. They will loose your file.(HUGE VIOLATION) They have no idea where they put my file either they allowed another person to walk off with it, shredded it, or threw it in the trash. Your needs are for the most part met here, but if a rapport is something you want to establish then it is going to be more challenging. They always rotate through the staff, and any requests for scheduling for a specific person will be shot down.
Highly recommend! After losing my 3rd baby I had no cycle and did not know why this was happening all of them dr Kay, Frankie, Tana all listened did a HSG and made it possible for me to get pregnant I am not having issues with my gestational diabetes and they have been there to help me through the way. Truly the best.
Loved Dr K and Tana! My labor/ pregnancy was rough and they made sure to make me feel comfortable and made my experience and most importantly my labor great. So glad I went with GWC and cannot recommend them more if you want to feel like an actual person and not just patient. :)
