Worst place ever idk why they even give u an appointment if u have to wait for like 2 hours for them to call you its ridiculeous smh
Yes, although the wait is long because they are 2 very popular doctors. If you are smart make an appointment towards the late afternoon like 2 or 3 because they are always busy in the morning. Dr. Ngo is very caring and listens to your problems and concerns. Dr. Bermann also always introduces himself even if he's not your doctor. I'm sorry to those who had a bad experience but I too have waited over 2 hours after my appointment and honestly I learned to make my appointments late.
