Called to set up an appointment for my sister and got hung up on by the volunteer after I asked who their boss was when they assumed that my sister was not willing to get help/didn't want help. I was helping her out, since she was on another call, trying to schedule another appointment for herself. Volunteer got snarky, rude, hung up on me 3x and my sister 2x. Reporting this place to the bbb and medicaid for hostilities.
