Rating influenced by misleading facility name and building signage although service was acceptable. Please be aware, although "Community Howard" is in the name, and Community scheduled my procedure, my insurance provider classified this location as a retail facility rather than network. As a result, I was billed accordingly. Regardless of the name of the facility, it is worth your time to verify coverage with insurance by location/address, prior to your procedure.
Staff was very nice. Was quick and easy.

Made an early appointment before work but it was pointless. The radiologist didn’t even come in until well after 8am and my appointment was at 7:30.
