Edit****** Went again, this time for MRI/MRCP of abdomen, zeroing in on my Pancreas (results- chronic pancreatitis). Staff was again friendly, competent, and efficient. My major gripe was that I was asked what kind of music and I said "anything but country music, because it destroys brain cells." - It was a lengthy scan and the MRI 'tube' is claustrophobic, and after a few songs, the moaning set to music came blasting thru headphones with the idiotic lines (I looked up after): "But I don't need no woman tagging along Always ... read more
I wanted to say that Dr Wood, Ms Charlotte, Ms Michelle you all were excellent recently for my procedure that I had done. Thank you for playing my favorite song I was nervous but talking to you all made time fast and it was over.
The lady from the registry (Jessica) and the ultrasound technician (I forgot her name but she has blond hair) were both very friendly and kind. The ultrasound technician took her time and was very nice in explaining me a few things I didn’t knew before. I felt super comfortable the moment I got in until my appointment was over. Didn’t got rushed or anything not like in other practices. 10/10 :)
