Dr Henry scheduled me for a laparoscopy and even though he was given my insurance information the office never filed for approval of the surgery with my insurance. I had a horrible experience here. I went in for pelvic pain and bladder issues. They simply assumed i had a UTI. I had provided samples on 2 separate occasions. Both times they never sent it for culture. I called to find out results of the culture and the girl told me they must have forgot to send it. This is after they prescribed a 3rd dose of antibiotics.
