This place has been beyond difficult to work with. The nurses are nice once we’re able to actually get in but the staff and front office are rude and impossible to schedule with. They’ve canceled three appointments that have been set for WEEKS before hand. We had our babies anatomy scan for 12:30pm, we arrived and the building is CLOSED with all lights off on the day of the appointment. Dr. Read is one of the most compassionate doctors I’ve ever had. What was supposed to be a simple appointment turned into one of the most validating experiences in my medical journey. She truly saw me — not just as a patient, but as a person who's been fighting to be heard. She listened, checked beyond the basics, and even said her goal is to help me feel better before she retires. That meant the world to me. Thank you, Dr. Read, for reminding me that I still matter.
Loved having Dr. Kuhlman, she actually listened to be and didn’t brush me off when I was having issues. I came to her from Blanchard valley. Safe to say I will never go back to them.
Love Dr. Mutgi! I did have to wait an hour after my appt time to be seen, which is pretty typical unfortunately.
