Horrible. Go somewhere else where youre treated like a patient should be. Been seeing dr Mutgi for years. Called in January for appointment. Was told I'd be on a waiting list for March. Did not get a call. So I called again trying to get an appointment. Was told they're scheduling into May n I would again be put on a waiting list. Was told "the only thing I can do is apologize that you weren't called and put u on the "waiting list" yet again.

Edited: I just came to Levi's commons office sat here for and hour. But I knew I was being blown off because she was like ok I tell her comparedto how she greeted everyone else... I'm so sorry I came to site they just blew me off had me sit there for over an hr. So I go back up there to ask the receptionist did she let the nurse know I'm only here for a urine sample only to be told the lab leaves early I just don't understand why people treat people badly not knowing what someone is going through I left work early for nothi... read more

Edit* finally was able to schedule after lying about why I needed to be seen. All for them to not even say they moved lovations. The absolute worst professionalism. Take you and your baby's health somewhere else!! Won't let you schedule with the DR. Kept telling me I had to speak with the nurse who pushed my concerns to the side and didn't even ask me questions about anything. Definitely dont actually care. Highly recommend you to not go here.

I was a patient of Dr Markwood's for over 30 years. Since his passing this place has gone downhill. Constantly changing and cancelling appointments. Would not recommend this group.
