First impressions were outstandingly terrible. I called, as an excited first mother ready for my first ultrasound to see me and my child's health after testing positive at my hometown doctors office. When I called I was met with multiple holds for a receptionist who couldn't tell me how I needed to get proof of a positive test over to their offices from my old one.
