My appointment time was at 1:15. I got there at 1:25. There was a line when I arrived so delayed me about 7min. The woman at the desk with blue eyes and long hair- didn’t provide her name. Told me I missed my window. I questioned her statement because I called prior to, to tell them I was on my way. She believe no cared!
