I excellent place for women expecting a child and basic checkups, excellent doctors and staff.
1- The mildew smell is overwhelming. 2- I Arrive early because staff told me they had earlier availability, only to sit there and wait 45 minutes while NOONE ELSE is around. I arrived when told and 3 other people went back AND left. I made my appointment 2 months ago, this is unprofessional, unacceptable and ridiculous. ****RUN don’t walk, avoid this place at all cost. Dr. Dolan is wonderful! She is knowledgeable, caring, kind and listens without judgement. I’m so grateful for her guidance and expertise. However, the front desk and check out staff could use a few lessons in professionalism and customer service.
Dr. Youmans took pride and care to make sure I understood the plan for HRT also had knowledge of pros and cons with the medication that was prescribed. I would recommend everyone from child bearing age and beyond if you want to feel better contact this group. A+
