Dr Austin ruined me and my partner’s first experience at this facility. The initial nurse was very polite and courteous with both of us. Upon Dr Austin’s arrival in the exam room, she greeted my partner and completely ignored me as if I didn’t exist. I felt disrespected. Then she addressed questions in understanding my partner’s past medical history whilst I remained completely quiet and out of the way in the corner of the room. Great facility, professional staff, amazing Drs.
Excellent staff here so friendly, helpful, and professional. The doctor especially is personable and actually takes her time, thank you for your continued support in my wellness journey.
Our visit was February 2026. Dr. Youman was rude and insensitive to both my husband and I. She insisted that my husband not take any pictures of the ultrasound screen. He did not want to do a video, just one simple picture so that we can have the memory of the experience. She looked at me like I was stupid when I wasn’t sure of the answer for some of the questions that she asked. I have been a patient of Dr. Baird for 15+ years. I never feel rushed during my appointment and he always makes sure all questions are answered before he leaves the room. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a gynecologist in the Jacksonville area.
