I had my first appointment at this office for a Pap smear, and I want to start by saying the doctor herself was wonderful. She was kind, professional, and made me feel very comfortable during the exam. Unfortunately, my experience with the nursing staff during the blood draw was extremely disappointing. The first nurse was unable to locate a vein and attempted the draw unsuccessfully. I was then brought to another nurse who attempted again in the same arm, and ultimately attempted a draw in my hand. Amazing experience! The Doctor was very thorough and she listened! Something I haven't experienced in a while in Healthcare! The appointment was a calming experience and not rushed!
Just had my first Pap smear and I was so nervous! But the staff and Dr. Dolan did an AMAZING job. She made sure to go over everything and explain to me each step! I will definitely be back here for all of my check ups!
Dr. Nicole Melanson is always so kind and answers any questions you may have. She encourages you to know everything that is going on with your body! The facility is very clean and the entire staff is fast and respectful.
Dr Desmarais is wonderful. She replaced my IUD, which I was dreading, but it went very well with minimal discomfort. She did a great job explaining options so that I could make informed decisions about my care. I feel very comfortable with her as my provider.
