This location is probably my favorite. The front desk coordinator is amazing, always on top of her job and has a great sense of humor. Dr. Melanson is truly amazing, very attentive, bubbly and knowledgeable. Karina is very welcoming and patient. The entire staff is beautiful and has contributed to making my pregnancy journey an enjoyable one!
The visits were great, and the doctor was amazing. However, I had several issues with the scheduling team. I called two days before my original appointment to reschedule. Instead of being rescheduled for 1 appointment like I was originally scheduled for, I was placed into 3 separate appointments: one for the Pap smear, one for IUD removal, and one for family planning.
